Accessibility

Last updated: March 2025

OldNock is committed to making our platform accessible to as many people as possible.

Our approach

  • We aim to design and build our website and apps so they are usable by people with different abilities and with assistive technologies.
  • We follow widely accepted accessibility guidelines and good practices where feasible, and we work to fix issues that are reported to us.

What we do

  • Structure and navigation: Clear headings, labels, and navigation so that screen readers and keyboard users can move through the service.
  • Text and contrast: Readable text and sufficient contrast where possible.
  • Forms and controls: Labels and error messages that are associated with inputs and can be announced by assistive technologies.
  • Images: Alternative text for meaningful images so that the content is available to people who cannot see them.

Feedback and support

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on OldNock, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We will do our best to address your feedback and to provide the information or service in an alternative way where we can.
