Buying on OldNock

This guide explains how to buy on OldNock, from browsing to receiving your item.

1. Find what you want

• Use search and filters (category, size, brand, price) to find items.
• Read the listing carefully: photos, description, condition, and delivery options.
• Save items to your favourites to compare or buy later.

2. Purchase or make an offer

• Buy now: Pay the listed price through the platform. Payment is typically held until the item is delivered (or as per our buyer protection rules).
• Make an offer: If the seller allows offers, you can suggest a price. The seller may accept, decline, or counter. If they accept, you have a limited time to complete payment.

3. Payment and order

• Pay using the payment methods we support. We do not recommend paying outside the platform (e.g. bank transfer to the seller) — that may not be covered by buyer protection.
• Once paid, the seller will ship the item. You'll see order and tracking details in the app.

4. Receive your item

• Check the item when it arrives. If it doesn't match the listing or there's a problem, use our dispute or report options as soon as possible.
• Leave a review to help other buyers and sellers.
