Selling on OldNock
Last updated: March 2025
This guide explains how to sell on OldNock, from listing to payout.
1. Create your listing
- Add clear photos of the item (front, back, details, any flaws).
- Write an honest description: size, brand, condition, and what's included.
- Set a price. You can allow offers so buyers can negotiate.
- Choose delivery options (e.g. shipping only, local meet-up if we support it). Follow our Community Guidelines.
2. When someone buys or makes an offer
- Direct purchase: The buyer pays; you receive the order and shipping details.
- Offers: You can accept, decline, or counter. If you accept, the buyer has a limited time to pay at the agreed price.
3. Ship the item
- Ship within the required timeframe and use the address provided by the platform.
- Add tracking when possible. This helps protect you and the buyer.
- Pack items securely so they arrive in the condition you described.
4. Get paid
- Payouts are made according to our payout policy (e.g. after delivery or after a protection period). Check the app for your balance and payout schedule.
- We may charge seller or listing fees as shown at the time of listing or sale.
Tips
- Accurate listings and good communication reduce disputes and build trust.
- See Trust and Safety for how we handle reports and protection.
