Request Account & Data Deletion
OldNock (oldnock.com and the OldNock mobile app) gives you control over your account and personal data. You can request that your OldNock account and associated data be deleted at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In the App (Recommended)
- Open the OldNock app.
- Go to Settings (profile menu or gear icon).
- Tap Account or Privacy.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your identity and confirm deletion.
Option 2: By Email
- Send an email to privacy@oldnock.com from the email address linked to your OldNock account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include in your message:
- Your full name (as shown on your account).
- The email address used to register.
- A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted.
- Any additional identifiers (e.g. username) if helpful.
Option 3: Via Support
If you cannot access the app or email, contact our support team with the same information listed above. We will verify your identity and process your request.
Response time: We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
What Data We Delete
When you request account deletion, we delete the following:

What Data We May Retain
For legal, safety, or operational reasons, we may retain some data in anonymized or limited form:

Personal identifiers (name, email, address) are removed or anonymized where possible. We do not use retained data for marketing or to identify you.
Additional Retention Period
After your account is deleted:
- Active data: Removed from our active systems within 30 days of your confirmed request.
- Backups: Residual copies in backups may exist for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
- Legal/financial records: Retained only as required by law (e.g. up to 7 years for tax and payment records).
Before You Delete
- Pending orders: Complete or cancel any pending orders before requesting deletion.
- Outstanding balances: Wallet balances and pending payouts will be handled according to our Terms of Service.
- Irreversibility: Account deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use OldNock again.
