Summary

• OldNock is a marketplace for buying and selling secondhand fashion and related items.
• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account and for complying with our Community Guidelines.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and shipping items as described. Buyers are responsible for payment and following the purchase process.
• We may charge fees (e.g. seller or buyer protection fees) as shown in the app. Payments and refunds are handled according to our policies and applicable law.
• We do not guarantee the actions of users. Our liability is limited as set out in the full Terms of Service.
• We may change these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
