Effective for: OldNock (oldnock.com and OldNock mobile apps)
Under applicable privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
Our commitment
OldNock does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not sell names, emails, addresses, or other identifiable data to data brokers or advertisers for their own marketing.
What we do
- We use your information to run the marketplace (e.g. showing your listings to buyers, completing orders, support).
- We may use service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, advertising) who process data on our behalf. In some jurisdictions, sharing data with these partners for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing."
- Where we use advertising that involves such "sale" or "sharing," we offer you a way to opt out.
How to opt out
- In the app: Go to Settings → Privacy and use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option.
- On the web: Use the link in our Privacy Center or footer.
- Email: Contact us at the address in our Privacy Policy with the subject "Do Not Sell My Personal Information."
Once we process your request, we will not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, subject to applicable law and limited exceptions.
