How it works
Last updated: March 2025
OldNock is a marketplace for secondhand fashion. Here's a quick overview of how buying and selling work.
For buyers
- Browse and search — Find items by category, size, brand, or keyword. Use filters to narrow results.
- View listings — Check photos, description, condition, and price. You can make an offer if the seller allows it.
- Purchase — Pay through the platform when you buy. Payment is held until the item is delivered (or as per our buyer protection rules).
- Receive your item — The seller ships to you. Track your order in the app. If there's an issue, use our dispute and support options.
For more detail, see Buying on OldNock.
For sellers
- Create a listing — Add photos, description, condition, price, and delivery options. Follow our Community Guidelines.
- Receive interest — Buyers can purchase or send offers. You can accept, decline, or counter offers.
- Ship the item — Once paid, ship within the required time and add tracking. You may be eligible for seller protection when you follow the rules.
- Get paid — Funds are released according to our payout policy (e.g. after delivery or after a protection period).
